Terms of Use — Indica and Indica Partner

Effective September 9, 2026

These Terms of Use govern Indica, Indica Partner, and their supporting services. By using either app, you agree to these terms. If you are not legally able to agree for yourself, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept them for you.

Limited right to use the apps

We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the apps for their intended purpose. You may not misuse the services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, violate law, or infringe another person's rights.

Health information and predictions

Indica is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. Its dates, fertile windows, patterns, and observations are estimates and may be incomplete or wrong. Do not use them as contraception or to make decisions about fertility, pregnancy, diagnosis, or treatment. Seek qualified medical advice for health decisions and emergency services for emergencies.

AI-assisted observations

Some observations use an on-device model to select a supported fact from logged history. Indica calculates the quantities and provides the wording. These observations can still be inaccurate and are subject to the same medical-use limits above. Logged health information is not sent to a server for AI processing.

Partner sharing

The Indica user controls what is shared and must have permission to send a connection invitation. A recipient must protect the invitation and the information received. Either person may disconnect at any time. Do not use partner information to harass, discriminate against, or harm anyone.

Your device and records

You are responsible for securing your device, reviewing sharing choices, and maintaining any backup you want. Deletion and disconnection can be permanent. Information already stored in Apple Health or a device backup remains subject to the controls for those services.

Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Apple Health, device backups, app stores, and other third-party services have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for services we do not control.

Ownership and feedback

The apps, services, branding, and content are owned by ONA NUA LLC or our licensors and are protected by law. These terms do not transfer ownership to you. If you provide feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or compensation.

Disclaimers and limits

Indica and Indica Partner may be unavailable, contain errors, or lose information. We do not promise that they will always work or be completely secure. You keep all consumer rights that the law gives you.

ONA NUA LLC is not responsible for losses that the apps could not reasonably be expected to cause, such as lost profits or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit, including responsibility for fraud, intentional misconduct, or personal injury caused by negligence.

Changes, termination, and governing law

We may change or discontinue the apps and may restrict access needed to protect users, the service, or our rights. We may update these terms by publishing a revised version and effective date. These terms are governed by New York law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain available.
